Going through the 8 week training with Andrea was probably one of the best decisions I’ve made for my puppy and me.
The training is very direct and structured, and frankly, helped create a stronger bond between me and dog. Not only does she focus on the dog’s obedience and correction, but she also makes sure the owner has a good understanding of everything as well. Would absolutely recommend Andrea and K9W to everyone.

K9W has trained her to help my husband get up. He can lean on her for balance. Has helped him also with PTSD. Best thing we ever did.

She is conscientious and thoroughly addresses each training challenge with simple, easy to follow steps for the pup and me. Her attitude is so Can-Do it’s amazing. Andrea is an absolutely amazing person and her training methods are even better. I have seen her transform some dogs in as little as an hour and with the proper continuance of training at home these dogs are some of the best trained. If you want some great home training she is the best!!!

Charlotte O'Brien2023-08-02I highly recommend Andrea and K9W if you are looking for someone to train your puppy or dog. She had Hudson, my 6 month old Golden Retriever for 3 weeks. Andrea not only worked with Hudson but me as well to ensure it was a smooth transition back home. I had lots of distractions when he came home.. Roofers finishing up my new roof, painter/carpenter inside the house. Hudson left the painter / carpenter alone (well he tried) but I told him to “leave it” and he did. He came back listening & obeying the commands. I could not be happier..

Rebecca Boersma2023-02-26Andrea is a highly skilled trainer capable of turning even the most difficult of pups into good dogs. We brought home our Brittany Spaniel puppy, Biscuit, about a year ago and quickly realized that we were in over our heads. Coming from a working line, his prey drive was off the charts and he was constantly hunting for birds/lizards/squirrels any time we took him outside to attempt walks or training. We were at our wits end when we saw an ad for K9W board & train on Facebook. Andrea came over for a consultation and it was evident in the first 5 minutes that she was exactly what we needed to get Biscuit under control. He instinctively listened to her and was a completely different dog in her presence. We booked that day and the rest is history! After a few weeks with Andrea, Biscuit was a completely different dog. Still very strong headed but with a great foundation of obedience training that allowed us to guide him toward our preferred outcomes. He now has great recall, listens well (as long as we stay disciplined about enforcing his boundaries), and has finally become a joyful addition to the family. Highly recommend Andrea and K9W Dog Training!
